The key elements of the role are:-
- Providing project support, research and development for the web site review and being the key point of contact with Mendip’s web site providers.
- Providing support and advice to all service areas for the development and use of the Content Management System, the web site and SharePoint.
- Support, analysis and research for a range of services provided and contracts managed by ICT, including web site take-up, telephony, GIS, address management and cross service project support.
Skills/knowledge required:-
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel Outlook and Access
- Administration of SharePoint
- Understanding and experience of using Content Management System/s and websites
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Good organisational and administrative skills
THIS ROLE IS FOR 22.5 HOURS PER WEEK MON-FRI TO COVER 6 MONTHS MATERNITY LEAVE.
