Helen Lacey (BSc MREC)
Helen has over 15 years experience in the recruitment market. Starting out on the industrial and commercial temporary desks and the technical perm desk she swiftly progressed to roles in management.
Helen held positions as Branch Manager; Customer Service Manager; Business Development Manager and Corporate Account Manager, which have given her the experience and knowledge to start out on her own with the desire to offer a superlative service.
Helen enjoys shopping (but what woman doesn’t!) with a penchant for shoes and hand bags! She loves to exercise and you will normally find her at the gym, getting in shape for her next marathon shopping spree
Craig joined Red Berry at the end of May 2009 after graduating with an honours degree from Plymouth University.
Prior to working in the accounts department of Red Berry, Craig was a Personal Assistant within the company, where he gained valuable recruitment knowledge.
He enjoys playing pool, going to the gym and socialising with his friends whenever he can!
Credit Control Manager
Before joining Red Berry Recruitment, Melanie previously worked in the music and media industry as a Book Keeper for a number of clients. She has also gained 12 years experience as a Book Keeper.
Melanie has two boys and is in the process of becoming a foster carer with her husband.
When not in work, Mel is very outgoing and enjoys going to the gym, sky diving and having family holidays.
Sales and Office Manager
Rachael began her career working in hotels but then moved into recruitment, initially using her inside knowledge to source catering staff for clients nationwide.
Subsequent positions within the recruitment industry have ranged from contracts coordinator and permanent consultant through to several branch manager positions over a period of 20 years.
Rachael joined the Red Berry team in October 2010 and when not working she loves spending time with her children!
Before joining Red Berry Recruitment Ltd, Emma worked in Retail as management gaining high levels of customer service, administration and marketing.
Emma became a berry in July 2011 as a Recruitment Administrator for the Shepton Mallet Branch.
In her spare time she enjoys socialising and going out with her friends, spending time with her family, going shopping (of course!), attending the gym after work and having nights in watching her favourite programs on TV.
Emma is currently studying Business and Administration NVQ Level 3
Industrial Recruitment Consultant, Yeovil
Before Joining Red Berry Recruitment, Rosie completed a degree at the University of Essex. Following that she worked as a Resourcer and Administrator for a Recruitment Agency based in Bristol, where Rosie acted as a consultant support and gained a wealth of knowledge and experience of the Recruitment industry.
Rosie joined Red Berry in September 2012 as the Industrial Consultant for the Yeovil Branch.
In her spare time she likes to go to the gym, socialise with friends and shop for fabulous shoes!
Senior Recruitment Consultant, Yeovil
Before joining Red Berry Recruitment Jessica worked as a receptionist/administrator at a local Hotel, gaining customer service skills and experience in marketing.
Jessica became the latest Red Berry in June 2011 as the Yeovil office Administrator and has now progressed into the Commercial Consultant.
When not in work Jessica enjoys spending time with friends, shopping and catching up on the latest series of Peter Andre!
Industrial Recruitment Consultant, Shepton Mallet
Before Joining Red Berry Recruitment, Joe worked in the Building and Construction industry where he gained over 8 years experience in Sales and Customer Service. Joe was also a sales representative for a large concrete/aggregate company in South Wales.
When not in work, Joe enjoys spending time with his son Caleb and playing football for his local team Oakhill FC that he also manages and who Red Berry Recruitment sponsor.
Recruitment Administrator, Yeovil
Before joining the Red Berry team, Matt had just completed a law degree at Plymouth University, and subsequently occupied various office/admin roles gaining valuable customer service experience and communication skills.
Matt joined the Red Berry team in early 2012, after having done some temp work for them!
In his spare time Matt likes to play badminton, go to the gym, play some poker and generally socialise with friends.
Maria-Luisa Franks (AICB)
Maria-Luisa joined Red Berry in May 2007, just 2 months after we opened; having over 4 years experience in book-keeping when she started and having previously worked alongside her fiance, running & setting up his own business. Whilst working for us she has become an Associate of the Institute of Certified Book-keepers through studying, and she beginning her Diploma studying from home.
Maria-Luisa worked within the travel industry for 7 years, progressing from Travel Consultant to Branch Manager level before having her son Zackary which is when her career changed paths.
Combining work with family life, Maria-Luisa enjoys going to the gym, cycling, camping & walking. She also loves to travel and regularly visits her family in Madrid. Though she is being led into the world of shopping!!
