We are currently recruiting, on behalf of my client, for a forward thinking and experienced Advertising Sales Manager, on behalf of a very dynamic and exciting organisation.


The main responsibilities of which you will be completing on a day to day basis is as follows:

  • Contribute to your teams hitting their targets
  • Take personal responsibility for managing the client base to grow the revenue!
  • Represent the organisation in a  professional, ethical manner and ensure that you build effective and long lasting client relationships



  • You will be responsible for managing a very energetic, exciting team
  • You will be required to lead and motivate your sales team by setting examples of professionalism, dedication and work ethic
  • Conduct regular 1-2-1’s to review performance of your sales team
  • Conduct annual appraisals



  • You will be required to be aware of the current booked position vs targets and year on year for current quarter and beyond, also in order to educate and support your team.
  • To report and advise on any opportunities you see to grow revenues beyond current trading.



  • To play a full role in the management of the sales department, including attending and contributing to sales and management meetings.




  • You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls, emails and meetings
  • Adhering to any set KPI’s
  • Cold calling, and arranging for meetings when/ where possible with potential custome4rs for prospect business.
  • Respond to incoming emails to ensure customer expectations are being met.
  • Negotiating on price with clients within your agreed negotiation boundaries.
  • Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
