Do you have experience working as a Legal Secretary? Do you have excellent attention to detail? Do you have a typing speed of 60 WPM+? Are you a very strong secretary? Have you come from the medical field?

I am looking, on behalf of my highly prestigious client, for a Legal Secretary to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.

We are looking for an experienced secretary who has excellent attention to detail and ideally has worked within the law field previously. If you have worked as a medical secretary/ secretary your application will also be considered.

Specific requirements include, amongst others:

• Conduct in an efficient, courteous and friendly manner and to a high standard work which will include;

• Production, amendment and formatting of letters and documents in the firm’s data management system using both audio and copy typing.

• Photocopying, faxing, scanning and filing;

• Diary, task list and email management;

• Answering the telephone, ensuring that calls are dealt with in a professional manner, that detailed notes are taken and messages emailed/provided to the relevant person and where appropriate copied to other team members;

• Personal attendance on clients and others including witnessing of documents and taking minutes of meetings as required;
