We are currently recruiting for an Office Clerk to join a brilliant, well-established company based in Cribb’s Causeway. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within administration and ideally invoicing/raising paperwork and be highly organised with a can do attitude. This is a new role to the team to offer support to the sales office so is a brilliant opportunity for someone wanting a career and role they can make their own.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • INVOICING DAILY DELIVERIES
  • DEALING WITH ANY INVOICE QUERIES
  • PROCESSING POST
  • SUPPORT FOR OUR SALES OFFICE (COVERING HOLIDAYS, SICKNESS, BUSY PERIODS)
  • ENSURING ALL DELIVERIES THAT ARE PROCESSED ARE INVOICED
  • RAISING PAPERWORK FOR SAMPLE TILES TO GO INTO SHOWHOMES

The hours of work are   8:00 to 17:30 Monday – Friday.
