We are currently seeking an experienced receptionist to join a company in Wells. This will be a customer focused position, so the right candidate will have to be friendly and enjoy interacting with people. This is a full time, permanent position.

Responsibilities will include but not subject to:

  • Booking appointments
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Using bespoke software for records, appointments, purchases etc.
  • Ordering/maintaining appropriate supplies
  • Handling payments, invoices and statements
  • Daily processing of Emails, Facebook messages, faxes, scanning of documents

Suitable candidate would have the following skills:

  • Organisational skills are essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous receptionist experience

The hours of work:

Monday:  8am – 2.30pm

Tuesday:  8am – 6pm (with 1 hour for lunch)

Wednesday:  8am to 2.30pm

Thursday:  12.30pm to 8pm (with a half hour break)

Friday:  8am to 6pm (with 1 hour for lunch)

plus 1-in-3 Saturday mornings 8am to 1pm


Pay rate will be dependent on experience.
