Helen has over 10 years experience in the recruitment market. Starting out on the industrial and commercial temporary desks and the technical perm desk she swiftly progressed to roles in management.
Helen held positions as Branch Manager; Customer Service Manager; Business Development Manager and Corporate Account Manager, which have given her the experience and knowledge to start out on her own with the desire to offer a superlative service.
Helen enjoys shopping (but what woman doesn’t!) with a penchant for shoes and hand bags! She loves to exercise and you will normally find her at the gym, getting in shape for her next marathon shopping spree!
Rachael Haynes
Sales and Office Manager

Rachael began her career working in hotels but then moved into recruitment, initially using her inside knowledge to source catering staff for clients nationwide.
Subsequent positions within the recruitment industry have ranged from contracts coordinator and permanent consultant through to several branch manager positions over a period of 20 years
Rachael joined the Red Berry team in October 2010 and when not working she loves spending time with her children!
Maria-Luisa Franks AICB
Finance Manager
Maria-Luisa joined Red Berry in May 2007, just 2 months after we opened; having over 4 years experience in book-keeping when she started and having previously worked alongside her fiance, running & setting up his own business. Whilst working for us she has become an Associate of the Institute of Certified Book-keepers through studying, and she beginning her Diploma studying from home.
Maria-Luisa worked within the travel industry for 7 years, progressing from Travel Consultant to Branch Manager level before having her son Zackary which is when her career changed paths.
Combining work with family life, Maria-Luisa enjoys going to the gym, cycling, camping & walking. She also loves to travel and regularly visits her family in Madrid. Though she is being led into the world of shopping!!

Before joining Red Berry Recruitment Sarah worked as an estate agent for 4 years, gaining valuable experience in sales and customer service.
Sarah became the latest Red Berry Recruit in August 2008, as Helens PA and Resourcer, and has recently enjoyed promotion.
When not in work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her friends, going to the gym, and of course…shopping!!
Kirk Shortland

Kirk has been working within the regional, national and international sales and purchasing markets for over 12 years, 4 of which have been in recruitment for the market leaders at the time.
Progressing to an assistant store manager’s position at the age of just 17, for a national mobile phone company, Kirk quickly moved into business to business sales & purchasing working for some of the leading employers within the southwest.
Kirk is also a Retained Firefighter within Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Service and provides 24/7 cover to Yeovil Fire Station and is a key member of the community safety team. Kirk has also been a qualified semi-professional football coach since early 2001 and has enjoyed spells working with the English FA & Dorset FA as well as Somerset District County Council.

Craig joined Red Berry at the end of May 2009 after graduating from Plymouth University. He now aims to become a primary school teacher, but is currently working with the girls at Red Berry as a Personal Assistant until he goes back to university.
He enjoys playing pool, going to the gym and socialising with his friends whenever he can!

Natalie joined the team in November 2010 as a Recruitment Administrator, one of the first members of the new Yeovil branch.
Natalie has an excellent background in customer service, together with strong administration skills, and has the experience required to suit Red Berry’s diverse range of clients.
She has the advantage of developing as the Yeovil branch grows, and is well equipped to become a Recruitment Consultant in the future.
In her spare time she likes going shopping, socialising with friends, dining out and catching up on her favourite American series – Desperate Housewives.

Before joining Red Berry Recruitment Jessica worked as a receptionist/administrator at a local Hotel, gaining customer service skills and experience in marketing.
Jessica became the latest Redberry in June 2011, as the Yeovil office Administrator.
When not in work Jessica enjoys spending time with friends, shopping and catching up on the latest series of Peter Andre!

Before joining Red Berry Recruitment Ltd, Emma worked in Retail as management gaining high levels of customer service and administration. Emma became the latest Berry in July 2011 as a Recruitment Administrator for the Shepton Mallet Branch.
In her spare time she enjoys socialising with her friends, going shopping and having nights in watching her favorite programs on TV.

Natalie once a high flyer as cabin crew with British Airways for 7 years landed herself a job as the Industrial Consultant at Red Berry Recruitment in September 2007. Then, in July 2009 she was promoted to Office Manager.
Natalie is always the first person you hear when you come into the office and she is always the life and soul of the party!
Natalie enjoys playing tennis, singing along to her favourite tunes in the office and loves to (you guessed it) shop!
