Helen had over 8 years experience in the recruitment market. Starting out on the industrial and commercial temporary desks and the technical perm desk she swiftly progressed to roles in management.
Helen held positions as Branch Manager; Customer Service Manager; Business Development Manager and Corporate Account Manager, which have given her the experience and knowledge to start out on her own with the desire to offer a superlative service.
Helen enjoys shopping (but what woman doesn't!) with a penchant for shoes and hand bags! She loves to exercise and you will normally find her at the gym, getting in shape for her next marathon shopping spree!
Maria-Luisa holds the position of Book-keeper.
Maria-Luisa has over 4 years experience in book-keeping, having previously worked alongside her fiance in running & setting up his own business. She also enjoys to study, which she is currently doing from home.
Maria-Luisa worked within the travel industry for 7 years, progressing from Travel Consultant to Branch Manager level before having her son Zackary which is when her career changed paths.
Combining work with family life, Maria-Luisa enjoys cycling, camping & walking. She also loves to travel and regularly visits her family in Madrid. Though she is being led into the world of shopping!!
Natalie White holds the position of Industrial Recruitment Consultant.
Natalie was previously a high flyer in the customer service industry, where she spent 7 years in the exciting and challenging role as purser for one of the worlds leading airlines. Its was here that she gained valuable communication skills alongside managing a team.Natalie enjoyed meeting and assisting people from around the world, but wanted a change that kept her feet on the ground! Now grounded.... Natalie still looks forward to visting exciting and exotic places where she can indulge her passion for the finer things in life! When not busy socialing, she too can be found laden with shopping bags!
Lucy Applegate is Red Berry's Commercial Recruitment Consultant.
Lucy joined Red Berry Recruitment at the end of January 2008. Lucy has previously worked in Media Advertising Sales and also has recruitment experience from time spent living and working in Northampton.
Now living back in Somerset Lucy enjoys socializing with her friends and going to the gym.
Lucy is an avid Gym member and like the other Red Berry girls, she loves to shop!
Jacqui Pollard is Helen's Little Helper!.
Jacqui has been temping at Red Berry Recruitment 2-3 days a week since August, she is a great help to the team, her friendly and professional disposition fits in well with the Red Berry Girls and her artistic background is ideal for the design work that she does!
Jacqui also likes shopping, especially for shoes so watch out Cardiff for the first Red Berry shopping day!
