Do you have experience within an Accounting function?

Are you a qualified or part-qualified Accountant (AAT)?

Do you have strong Excel and IT skills?


Our well-established client based in Wells are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis.

Duties of the role include:

  • Reconciliation and settlement of statements on a monthly basis
  • Daily bank reconciliations including posting client receipts
  • Processing client refunds
  • Liaising with other companies regarding outstanding queries
  • Responding to/helping other members of the company with account queries
  • Administrative tasks
  • Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the department.

Required skills, experience and education:

  • Prior experience in an Accounts Function
  • Part qualified Accountant (AAT)
  • Good Excel and IT skills
  • An aptitude for numbers and problem solving
  • Excellent organisational skills


This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday 09.00-17.30.

Salary DOE.
