We are currently looking for an experienced administration assistant to join a brilliant company based in Taunton. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, a proven track record within a similar role and confident in Microsoft office. A qualification in business or administration would be an advantage although not essential. 

 
Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Reception duties 
• Managing correspondence 
• Retrieving documents 
• Proving administration support to managers and colleagues 
• Greeting and assisting guests 
• Maintaining filing systems. 
• Answering phone calls and directing calls to the relevant contact 
• Distributing emails and post
• Typing estimates
• Raising jobs once orders have been received

The hours of work for this position are Monday – Friday, 11.00 am to 4.00pm with the potential to increase in the near future.

£9.00 per hour.
