My client based on the outskirts of Frome are seeking an Administrator to join their direct selling team. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 08:00-17:30. You will also be required to work 1 Saturday per month during the period March – October.


Main duties will include but not subject to:

  • Serving customers at our sales counter
  • Serving customers over the phone
  • Carrying out a variety of administrative duties
  • Working efficiently within a small team

The ideal candidate must have:


  • Great customer skills (both on the phone and face to face)
  • Good IT and numeracy skills
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and communicate accordingly
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks making sure you are always prioritising the relevant piece of work.


Hourly rate of £8.30-£8.75 with over time paid at time and a half after 40 hours.
