I am looking for a dynamic, switched on Administrator to join a Yeovil based client on a full time and permanent basis.

The core responsibility for the role will be to create and manage quotes for customers and prospects. You will interact with customers, brokers, co-loaders, shipping lines and overseas agents/ office daily.

The role will be to create Microsoft Word quotes, utilising templates, price lists and tools, ensuring that all client information is correct.

You will be working on the in house CRM system and will be there to ensure all quotes are recorded correctly. You will send quotes to clients in a timely manner.
