We are currently looking for an experienced administration assistant to join a brilliant company based in Taunton on a temporary basis. Ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator and it is essential that the person appointed for this assignment possess an excellent telephone manor and provides excellent customer service at all times.

The main responsibilities included:

·Reception duties across two sites as and when required, which will entail reception diary coordination & meeting room management.

·Be the face of the company, welcoming visitors in a professional, friendly approachable manner, offering refreshments when necessary.

·General administrative duties to include answering the phone, opening the post, processing expenses and answering a range of queries from the Business Support inbox.

·Responsible for managing the office supplies such as stationary, beverage and janitorial products.

·Liaising with suppliers to order business cards, stationery and general office supplies, negotiating rates and maintaining positive relationships.

·Event coordination for example but not limited to charity days, social events & conferences.

The successful applicant should have

·Have good time keeping skills

·Good customer and communication skills

·Work well under pressure

·Be adaptable and responsive to customers and team members

This is a temporary opportunity. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm with flexibility.

The Temporary assignment is an immediate start and for a minimum of 3 months.

Hourly rate is £8.20.
