I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor/Associate to join a highly regarded firm of solicitors, with multiple offices based around Somerset. The firm has developed a great reputation as a friendly and supportive employer and are looking for a motivated individual.

Role responsibilities:

Commercial work:

  • Demonstrate a client focused and solutions driven approach to commercial property matters
  • Advise on a full range of commercial property matters to include landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, relocations, funding, transfers of going concerns and assisting on residential and commercial developments.
  • Be an integral part of the commercial property team by contributing to the ongoing programme of legal updates, supporting the junior lawyers and helping deliver a premium legal service for clients.

Business Development:

  • Develop strong relationships within the local business community.
  • Identify and assist in developing opportunities to grow the firm’s client base and potentially expand into new areas of work
  • Build upon and continue to grow the firm’s excellent reputation for exceptional client care and help deliver a premium legal service for clients.

The successful candidate will be an experience Commercial Property Solicitor/Associate with strong commercial acumen and will be able to deliver legal services in a client centric manner. You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy building and maintaining client relationships.

This is a full-time, permanent role.
