We are looking for 5 Customer Service Advisors for a rapidly growing team. Due to company relocation our client has 5 new vacancies which we are looking to help them fill.

One for the Sales office and 4 for the Customer Services team

Hours are a 40 hour week either 8 am to 4.30 pm or 8.30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday

This client offers  25 days holiday, free parking and a great team and working atmosphere

 

For the sales office the role will entail you working with customer to provide great customer service, dealing with invoice queries, processing credit notes

For the Customer service office you will respond via phone and email to enquires, dealing with orders and sometimes complaints

 

Both roles need someone methodical, polite, attention to detail, confident and a team player
