Red Berry Recruitment are currently looking for a full time, permanent, confident and outgoing Customer Service Advisor to work for a reputable company based in the Ilminster area.

You will represent the company over the telephone, on email correspondence, and sometimes in person. You will also be required to cover off all aspects of the sales office environment and contribute to the smooth running of the department. Due to the nature of this role, discretion and confidentiality will be required at all times.

Your role as Customer Service Advisor will involve:

  • Processing orders
  • Receiving and dealing with both outbound and inbound calls
  • Checking the progress of orders to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone or email
  • To ensure efficient administration & filing
  • Updating systems with customer information as well as product information
  • Administering all mailboxes in a timely manner and responding appropriately to enquires and orders
  • Liaising with internal departments as and when necessary regarding customer orders and progress
  • Be willing to assist the Manager with various tasks when needed
  • General Administration and office duties
  • A flexible approach to their job and be prepared to work in other areas of the business if required
  • The undertaking of tasks associated with the smooth running of a sale office environment

  • Being comfortable and confident conversing on the telephone, in person, or in written format
  • Flexible in their approach to the role and willing to take on more responsibility as and when required

The hours will be Monday to Friday working 9am-5pm.
