At Red Berry Recruitment I am looking for a customer service advisor on behalf of my client based in Yeovil.

The requirements for the position are:

  • Solid experience with both inbound and out bound calls
  • Confident, unflappable nature, with the ability to reflect confidence on the telephone
  • Ability to use, absorb and learn a parts catalogue
  • Ability to navigate SOP systems
  • Detailed and methodical approach
  • Sense of humour
  • Sales experience an advantage, but not a prerequisite
  • Team player
