I am looking for a confident, hardworking and switched on customer service based individual who is either working within a team leader based role or looking to step up into this type of role. This is to join a highly dynamic business of which are keen to train and develop you to a management level.

Within this role you will be leading a small team of normally 3 people who work within a customer service/ sales based capacity. Each member of the team manages their communication with customers in a very professional and consultative manner. I am looking for you to match this outlook.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • To manage, develop and motivate your team.
  • To manage all escalated queries and enquiries ensuring customers always receive a very high level of service.
  • Ensure your team plan and prioritise their workloads to ensure the best possible service.
  • To manage administrative tasks to support the above, and your small team.
  • To be your teams ‘go to’ person!
