Our client based in Cheddar are looking to appoint a Financial Administrator to provide financial management for their account customers.


They are looking for someone who can operate with professionalism, abide to deadlines and provide excellent customer service.


Responsibilities include:


  • Processing purchase invoices, posting on Sage
  • Prepare Sage Aged Debtors reports to the director for payments to suppliers
  • Manage and resolve invoice queries
  • Chase suppliers for missing invoices
  • Enter sales invoice data into Sage
  • Prepare and email monthly customer statements


About you:


  • Working experience within a financial department
  • Working knowledge of Sage Line 50 accounts experience or similar with the ability to run & export reports
  • Good understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet
  • Good knowledge of VAT rules and the ability to produce a VAT return to review and submit stage
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
