My client based in Yeovil is seeking two Sales Development Executive to join them on a 12-week temporary to permanent contract.

Main duties will include but no subject to:

  • Development of new business leads and prospects
  • To operate to a market leading sales standard by which you are able to be seen as a trusted advisor to your customer`s business
  • Updating the sales Pipeline with additional opportunities
  • Development of non-spending accounts to maximize sales revenues
  • Answering sales calls in a professional and customer centric manner ( you must sound enthusiastic and interested, asking questions about the person and the business in order to make sure we able to deliver what they need and to leave the customer feeling good about trading with us)
  • Providing quotations to customers as required
  • Follow up on quotations and prospects in a timely manner to maximise conversion rates
  • Processing sales orders using bespoke IT systems
  • Resolving customer queries in a manner which maximises customer satisfaction
  • Reviewing account portfolio spend patterns each week
  • Planning and carrying out an effective contact strategy to ensure that spend is developed in line with individual customer target expectations
  • Gap analyses of product mix to cross and up sell
  • Producing relevant reports and updates to ensure the Sales Manager is kept fully informed
  • Input to the Sales forecasting process as required
