My client based in Wincanton are seeking a sales team leader to join them on a permanent basis. This position is based on 40 hours per week Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays.

There may be occasions where cover may be required during night shift (19:30-23:30)

 

 

Duties will include but not subject to:

To train and provide support and bring on our existing telesales team

To assist the Sales Area Managers and support them

To be proactive in the growth of the Sales department.

To liaise with the various departments (Warehouse / Transport) to ensure a smooth flow between departments and the end user.

Must be able to distinguish between Mark up and Margin

To report to the Management Team on a weekly basis.

To review and discuss changes where necessary to the existing business Practises of the Sales Office

To deal with customer complaints in an effective customer orientated manner.

To liaise with the night sales team and produce working patterns and rotas.

This position is based on 40 hours per week Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays.

There may be occasions where cover may be required during night shift (19:30-23:30)

 

The ideal candidate:

Have catering/managerial background

Have an interest in food and food related products

Proven experience of running a sales team
